Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 48hrs if ordered by 11.00am*

To help protect our store and customers from automated bot activity and fraudulent credit card testing, online orders require a minimum product subtotal of $10.00 AUD, excluding shipping. Orders below this minimum may be automatically rejected or cancelled.

We ship orders by either "Australia Post" or "Couriers Please" depending on your location.

Responsibility of shipped items are passed to the customer once goods are signed for or if authority to leave is requested and once goods are passed to the freight company.

All orders are sent with tracking, if you would like to know the status of your parcel please use the tracking number provided.

Shipping times are estimates only.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete address or not being claimed within shipping company time frame a fee may be applicable and will be charged with postage to resend the parcel.

Lost, stolen or damaged in transit

Hammerhead Radio Control do not provide cover for orders lost in transit, damaged or stolen unless stated. You may elect to purchase insurance at checkout by requesting under special notes. All coverage purchased is as per Australian Post or Couriers Please policy which ever is relevant.

Warranty
Warranty for all products is as per manufacturers' specifications. We do not offer any additional warranty on top of the standard manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific manufacturer for detailed warranty information.

All warranty return items must be returned to Hammerhead Radio Control for inspection by an approved technician, buyer is responsible for postage of item back to Hammerhead Radio Control.

Any goods modified from how they were originally supplied will not be covered, Items that have evidence of damage or misuse including crash damage, reverse polarity, incorrect installation or incorrect charging techniques will not be covered by warranty.

Hammerhead Radio Control accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.

The liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product. Hammerhead Radio Control reserve the right to repair and return warranty items within 60 days of receipt, If we are unable to repair your product or exceed our repair timeframe we reserve the right to replace with a new unit of identical specification.
