Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns can only be requested by the original buyer
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hammerheadrc.com.au. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Approved Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
Warranty for all products is as per manufacturers' specifications. We do not offer any additional warranty on top of the standard manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific manufacturer for detailed warranty information.
All warranty return items must be returned to Hammerhead Radio Control for inspection by an approved technician, buyer is responsible for postage of item back to Hammerhead Radio Control.
Any goods modified from how they were originally supplied will not be covered, Items that have evidence of damage or misuse including crash damage, reverse polarity, incorrect installation or incorrect charging techniques will not be covered by warranty.
Hammerhead Radio Control accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.
Transmitters and receivers sold by Hammerhead Radio Control are tested and configured to comply with ACMA and EMC standards at the time of sale. Any modification to these devices that results in non-compliance with these standards will immediately void the product warranty. The use of third-party modules that do not meet ACMA or EMC standards is solely the responsibility of the end user. Hammerhead Radio Control accepts no liability for any issues, damages, or legal consequences arising from such modifications or the use of non-compliant modules.
The liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product. Hammerhead Radio Control reserve the right to repair and return warranty items within 60 days of receipt, If we are unable to repair your product or exceed our repair timeframe we reserve the right to replace with a new unit of identical specification.
