RB35 Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Hammerhead RC RB35 Prize Draw. By participating, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Promoter

The promoter is Hammerhead RC, an Australian registered business based in Sunbury, VIC.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 12:00 AM on 1 September 2025 until 11:59 PM on 30 September 2025 (AEST). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents only.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees, contractors, or representatives of Hammerhead RC (and their immediate families) are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

• Place any order with Hammerhead RC during the promotion period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
• Multiple orders = multiple entries.
• Cancelled or refunded orders will not qualify.

5. Prize

• The prize is one (1) FrSky RB35 Triple Redundancy Bus, valued at AUD $317 RRP.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.

6. Draw & Winner Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on 1 October 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided with their order within 3 business days.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be redrawn.

7. General Conditions

• Hammerhead RC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an order that is not genuine.
• By entering, participants agree to Hammerhead RC publishing their first name, suburb, and state when announcing the winner.
• Hammerhead RC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and contacting the winner. Hammerhead RC’s general Privacy Policy applies.
