These terms and conditions apply to the Hammerhead RC Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale, commonly running from last Friday of November for 4 days, with Gold+ VIP Early Access on 1 day prior

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the following:

1. Sale Period

• VIP Early Access: 1 day 

• Public Sale: Last Friday of Nov for 4 days unless otherwise stated

• Discounts automatically end at a specified time

2. Discount Structure

During the sale period, the following discounts apply:

• Discounts are subject to each yearly cycle, see newsletter or website for more information on the latest discounts

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
No discount codes are required.

3. Eligibility

• The sale is open to all Australian customers except where stated.

• VIP Early Access is available only to Hammerhead Rewards Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members.

• Customer tier is determined by your account status at the time of checkout.

4. Excluded Products & Categories

The following are not eligible for discounts during the sale:

• Items marked “Excluded from Promotions”

• Gift cards

• Special-order or custom-order products

• Products already on clearance or already discounted

5. Order Restrictions

To ensure fairness and stock accuracy:

• No holds

• No lay-bys

• No pre-orders

• No backorders

• No rain checks

These restrictions apply for the full duration of the sale.

6. Stock Availability

• All offers are subject to stock availability at the time of purchase.

• Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock.

• Once sold out, items will not be replenished during the sale period.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Standard Hammerhead RC return policy applies.

• Items purchased during the sale can be returned or exchanged, but:

  • Refunds will match the discounted purchase amount, not the regular retail price.

  • Change-of-mind returns may be refused on limited stock or clearance items.

8. Price Adjustments

• No retrospective price adjustments will be offered on purchases made before the sale.

• Prices revert automatically after the sale ends.

9. Rewards Program

• Store credit and Hammerhead Rewards points can be redeemed during the sale.

• Sale purchases do not earn bonus credits unless otherwise stated.

• Tier progression is calculated based on final paid amounts.

10. Shipping & Handling

• Standard shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds apply.

• High order volumes may cause minor dispatch delays (1–2 business days), though we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

11. Fraud Prevention

Hammerhead RC reserves the right to:

• Cancel duplicate or suspicious orders

• Refuse service in cases of misuse or abuse of the promotion

• Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies

12. Changes & Cancellation

Hammerhead RC may modify or cancel the promotion at any time due to:

• Technical issues

• Stock errors

• Compliance requirements

• Unforeseen operational circumstances
